Shamrock Matcha Frappuccino

Whipped Cream Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Powdered BochaSweet
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frappuccino Ingredients:
- 2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup milk (your choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon Culinary Grade Matcha
- 2 tablespoons Powdered BochaSweet
Sanding Matcha Sugar Ingredients:
- 1-2 teaspoons Culinary Grade Matcha
- 1/4 cup Granular BochaSweet
Instructions:
- Prepare the whipped cream: Add heavy cream, Powdered BochaSweet, and vanilla extract to a chilled bowl. Using a hand mixer, process the ingredients on high until soft peaks form. This should take 1-3 minutes. Set aside and chill in fridge until frappuccino is ready.
