Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

• Free Standard Shipping on All Orders Over $150 in the US.
• Orders placed on any business day will be processed on that same day or the next business day.
• Business days are Monday-Friday.
• We may not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

PLEASE NOTE:

• You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
• Allow approximately 2 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDER SHIPPING:

• Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available.

Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your bochasweet.com account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.
