Pumpkin Crumble Loaves

Ingredients:
Pumpkin Loaves
- 1 Keto Cinnamon Muffin Mix
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Streusel Topping
- 1/4 cup pecans (raw)
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened)
- 1/8 cup almond flour
- 1/8 cup BochaSweet Brown
Glaze
- 1/2 cup BochaSweet Powdered
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 °F. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions. (You are swapping two of the eggs for the pumpkin puree). Line 1-2 loaf pans with parchment or grease them well.
- Place your mixture into your prepared pan. Combine your crumble topping together in a small bowl. Top your loaf with the crumble. Slightly press it down into the batter.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes (cover with foil if topping begins to get too dark). It's ready when a toothpick comes out clean!
- Let cool 20 minutes. Make your glaze.
- Drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve! Enjoy!
