Sugar-Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup BochaSweet Brown
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Directions:

  1. Start by combining butter or ghee, heavy cream, and BochaSweet Brown. Stir mixture and allow it to come to a boil on medium heat. Reduce to low heat.
  2. Simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat until it becomes condensed milk consistency.
  3. Once it reaches it thick, caramel-like texture add in another 1/4 cup of heavy cream along with a 1/2 cup of almond milk (you can use whatever milk you prefer).
  4. Add in a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Allow to cool and refrigetate. Lasts for up to 3 weeks.
