Sugar-Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup BochaSweet Brown
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Directions:
- Start by combining butter or ghee, heavy cream, and BochaSweet Brown. Stir mixture and allow it to come to a boil on medium heat. Reduce to low heat.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat until it becomes condensed milk consistency.
- Once it reaches it thick, caramel-like texture add in another 1/4 cup of heavy cream along with a 1/2 cup of almond milk (you can use whatever milk you prefer).
- Add in a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Whisk until smooth.
- Allow to cool and refrigetate. Lasts for up to 3 weeks.
