Italian Keto Easter Bread

Ingredients:
Easter Bread- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 cups whey protein
- 1/2 cup BochaSweet
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup Powdered BochaSweet
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Add melted butter and warm water. Mix together using a spatula or whisk.
- Transfer to silicone molds and spread batter until 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare icing: Add Powdered BochaSweet, heavy cream, and melted butter into a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth consistency.
- Remove bread from oven and allow to cool. Use cookie scoop to cut holes into the center of the four loaves. Place the Easter eggs into the center.
- Add sugar-free sprinkles if you like and enjoy! Happy Easter!
