Keto Churros

Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 ounce gelatin
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
- Preheat cooking oil (avocado or coconut oil) at medium heat in a saute pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then, add in the wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula.
- Add the batter into a pastry bag. Squeeze out the batter to make to form a churro in the hot oil.
- Flip them over when golden brown. Set aside to a dish. Then, dunk in cinnamon and BochaSweet mixture to taste.
