Easy Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened ketchup
- 2 tablespoons BochaSweet Brown
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/8 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional but adds smoky flavor)
- 1/8 teaspoon tapioca starch (optional thickener)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
- Whisk until the BochaSweet fully dissolves for 5-8 minutes and the sauce begins to bubble.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for a couple minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Taste and adjust spices, vinegar, or sweetness as desired.
- Let cool. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
