The BochaSweet Keto Apple Cobbler
, , , ,

Apple cobbler is the perfect seasonal recipe during fall and is made using a combination of Granny Smith apples and chayote squash. This combination reduces the carbs while still giving the cobbler the authentic apple flavor you look forward to on Thanksgiving. The best part of this recipe is you can customize it to be made with either apple, chayote squash, or a combination. This depends on your health goals whether you follow a low-carb, sugar-free, keto, or diabetic-friendly diet.

This BochaSweet keto “apple” cobbler has all the flavor you would expect from the traditional recipe you’ve grown up loving. The apple and/or chayote squash filling has a sweet and tart flavor with hints of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. The buttery gluten-free cobbler topping is made with a combination of almond and coconut flour. To take it one step further, we will be also adding icing made using our  BochaSweet Powdered.

Once this cobbler is ready, you won’t be able to wait to dig in!
