Sugar-Free Ketchup

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Powdered BochaSweet
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan until smooth on medium-high heat.
  2. Simmer while stirring frequently for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust by adding more salt and/or Powdered BochaSweet if needed.
