This Colombian traditional passion fruit mousse gets a keto friendly makeover and is sweetened using our BochaSweet granular and powdered sweeteners. Passion fruit is a superfood that is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and plant compounds. A single serving of passion fruit provides 17 calories, 2 grams of fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, iron, and potassium. Passion fruits have 10g net carbs which make it acceptable for a keto-friendly diet.
This decadent keto passion fruit dessert is made using a base layer of keto cookies from our Keto Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix. A creamy layer of BochaSweet sweetened condensed milk, passion fruit, and heavy whipping cream blended together to create a mousse-like texture after being refrigerated.
If you don’t have access to passion fruit you can substitute with lemon or any other low carb fruit of your liking for a yummy keto dessert.

Keto Passion Fruit Mousse
Ingredients:
Base of Cookies
- 1 pouch Keto Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Keto Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup Granular BochaSweet
- 1/4 cup Powdered BochaSweet
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Passion Fruit Dessert
- 1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 small or 2 big passion fruit
- 1/4 cup milk (can substitute with almond milk)
- 2 unflavored gelatin packs
Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 325F. In a bowl mix together Keto Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, eggs, and butter.
- Add batter to square silicone molds. Bake in oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Keto Condensed Milk
- Add heavy cream to sauce pan. Bring the heavy cream to a boil over medium heat. Reduce and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
- Add butter, granular sweetener, powdered sweetener, and xanthan gum. Whisk vigorously to combine. Add additional xanthan gum if needed to make it thicker.
Passion Fruit Dessert
- Slice the passion fruit and add passion fruit juice to bowl. Set aside.
- Add the keto condensed milk to blender. Then add heavy whipping cream, milk, passion fruit juice, and the prepared gelatin (dissolved in 2 cups hot water). Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Using an 8×8 baking dish create a base layer of cookies then pour in the blended mix over it. Repeat until the baking dish is filled up.
- Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.
