Ingredients:
Keto Cinnamon Cake
- 1 pouch Keto Cinnamon Muffin Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
Keto Cinnamon Frosting
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 cups Powdered BochaSweet
- 1/8 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Cake
- Preheat oven to 425F. In a bowl mix together Keto Cinnamon Muffin Mix, eggs, and butter.
- Add batter to a greased 8″ glass pie plate. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Frosting
- Let butter sit out at room temperature or heat slightly until softened.
- In a large mixing bowl or mixer, beat softened butter and Powdered BochaSweet until fluffy. Blend in almond milk until smooth. Add cinnamon to taste.
- Add frosting to Keto Cinnamon Cake.
